The surface test tree, also called the flow head, is found directly at the top of the well and is the main piece of gear through which the liquid from the well passes. Its main ability is to control the flow of liquid throughout the well. The flow head consists of four gate valves: a specialized valve, two wing valves (flow line and discharge line), and a swab valve. A curve below the main square of the flow head allows the drill shank to rotate unreservedly while the test tree remains fixed. Also, there is another type of mater valve below.
Adjusted Interface
The surface test tree can be adjusted to interface with different sizes of pipe or drill pipe using a hybrid sub. Each tree is provided with a submarine to enable the platform lifts to raise and lower the tree in the tower. 45° flanges aid submarines on the sides of the focal body’s elimination and flux wings, allowing the adaptive flux lines to be effectively associated with the Surface Test Tree.
PRT Offshore Surface Test Tree
The PRT Offshore Surface test tree combines with the arrival column, providing surface isolation during completion and mediation exercises admirably. The structure allows for a protected interface with fixed and looped piping activities. PRT Offshore’ssurface test treehas disconnect valves above and below an industry demonstrated load-bearing curve. The(STT), including API 6A manual or primed inlet valves and a unique column swing, provides a method for surface well control during testing or mediation in a brood well. The Anson ™ STT provides the ability to transmit or interrupt the well and perform loop or wireline piping tasks like a good mediation feature.
Surface test tree Setup
The configuration of the tree can be customer-driven or by the prerequisite configuration code. Generally speaking, the get-together includes all (or most) of what goes with it: primary square recoil, low force dynamic rope swing, bottom ace valve, submarine care, and flux wings. The primary square assembles, which incorporates dual creation hole separation valves (expert and cotton swab), takes into account the maximum section of pipe in coil or wire rope appliances. The wing valves (stream and kill), located between the expert and swab valves, separate the STT from the good test hardware.
